Receive $100 incentive
Attend a Diversity Initiatives Committee (DIC) Informational Meeting:
At this meeting, the DIC will explain the process and get the club to begin thinking about what the commitment means and how a club might benefit from such a commitment.
Meet Individually with DIC:
The DIC will lead each individual club through the process of drafting a constitutional change in a way which best fits each club.
Constitution Change:
Step 1. Discuss with your club the constitutional change.
Step 2. Attend a Rules Committee Meeting (contact ASG Attorney General for official meeting schedule)
Step 3. Present your change at one ASG Senate Meeting (Tuesday at 7:00pm in CC 301/302)
Step 4. Second week at ASG Senate Meeting (no need to attend unless it was contested the first week)
Step 5. Make the Constitutional change!
Fulfill Commitment to Inclusivity requirements:
Engagement Process (Choose 2 of 3 Trainings)

Safe Zone Training 1; or
-
Bystander Training; or
-
Trainings approved with the DIC.
After trainings:
4. Attendance and meaningful participation in an event put together by CIASS or the DIC.
Receive $100 Incentive:
Once executive members go through the required trainings, the club or organization will receive the $100 incentive. This financial reward will only be offered the first year the Commitment is completed. If the club or organization wishes to remove the Commitment from their bylaws, they must go through the necessary steps of making a constitutional change.
Additional Information:
* Incentive is reserved for the first 25 clubs that fulfill the Commitment
* Past participation in approved social justice trainings may count towards the Commitment
