→ Meeting on Tuesday is in the CC Lobby and we're wearing our tshirts!

→ Was talking with President Mullen – he wants more people to know him
→ Let's compile a list of the student organizations on campus, when they meet, where, etc.

→ I was thinking about that!

→ “Student Leaders Summit”
→ AEC, hosted by Student Government, invite presidents of organizations or a delegate; 4-5:30 event,
invite the members of AEC to give an update from members of the college
→ Serve some hors d'oeurves
→ Dress up, mix and mingle
→ We used to host it in early spring semester
→ It's a way for students to get to know administrators
→ It's nothing major!
→ It's a communication forum

→ MEC is meeting and we're going to plan formal!
→ Last weekend in November, first weekend in December!

→ For October energy month, what if we had an ASG shutdown once a week?
→ All the lights in the Campus Center would be shut down from 2-5 every week. Could that work?

→ The CC is a public building, so there are certain things that we can't shut down
→ We do some shutdowns during the summers
→ We could do 2-4 every Thursday, put reminders up, etc.
→ Just remember that there are some spaces there can't be shut down
→ Thanks to everyone who scheduled a meeting with me!

→ Lacrosse emailed Bill Ross and said they would request stuff from Finance, but they're still on a
conditional status and they said they were getting their equipment donated

→ Every new club gets $300 the first year
→ This rule was established a long time ago because Finance was burned a few times ago

→ There was just a miscommunication

→ Do they have to come to Finance to request those $300?
Gretchen
→ Yes, but they have to be specific on what it's for. We'll work with them.
